PPS Chartered Accountants are excited to announce that a merger with Roger C Bloomer Chartered Accountants was completed on 1^st May 2023.  Two of the most established accountancy firms in the Swindon area have joined forces to create a leading regional provider of accountancy and advisory services to the private business sector and tax services for individuals.

The transition went through smoothly and seamlessly, allowing clients to continue receiving the very best service with as little disruption as possible. The joint business will operate from 29 Devizes Road as PPS Chartered Accountants.

Roger C Bloomer Chartered Accountants has been running for over 40 years. The firm is a member of the Society of Professional Accountants and the 2020 Consulting Group. Its owner, Roger Bloomer, was admitted as an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1981, and was made a fellow of the Institute in 1992. He brings a wealth of experience and expertise in many areas of accounts and taxation. Roger is also a member of the Tax and IT faculties of the Institute; and belongs to the Institute’s special interest groups on Farming and Rural Business; Valuation; Charity and Voluntary Sector and Healthcare.
