Furthermore, the new system is not only fire-resistant (A-Class to EN 13501-1) and Qualicoat Certified for unrivalled durability, the cladding can be installed underneath balconies to neatly hide any substructures and catch excess water, facilitating drainage in compliance with BS8579.

Hyperion A-Class Aluminium soffit and cladding system comes with a 30-year warranty as standard for both residential and commercial use cases for added peace of mind, and is available in Anthracite Grey (7016) and Dusty Grey (7037). You may also choose your own bespoke RAL colour should you wish upon request. Moreover, for an extra £1 per m² you may opt to “green” the aluminium cladding, meaning the metal will be manufactured entirely from renewable energy and is 70% lower in embodied carbon, with EnviroBuild covering the remainder of the cost.
